technical support at inspection and acceptance of product.
3. After sale, technical service people instruct onsite
to install the machine and do commissioning test, as well as
operator training.
4. Within three months after startup of machine
operation, survey is to be made to collect customer’s opinion
and product performance status.
5. Within 24 hours after informed by the customer, any
problem will be responded with premier resolution and within 48
hours with onsite treatment or repair advice.
6. Offer reasonable economic repair plan when overhaul
repair required and technical support.
7. Keep contact with customer at any time and make onsite
visit to respond with feedback message.
8. Supply spares on time and guarantee customer trouble
free operation of machine.
